PayPal is our out-sourced billing solution. If you have a billing issue, please contact us first at info@reis.com, or 866-366-REIS x246 for a resolution. We can usually solve any problems that may arise. If, however, you need to contact PayPal, they can be reached through the "Contact Us" link at http://www.paypal.com.

Chargebacks through your credit card company are expensive to us, and we consider them an attempt to defraud our company. Should you initiate a chargeback against us, we may refer the matter to a collection agency and/or legal counsel, and you will be subject to a $250 chargeback fee, along with a $25 collection service fee. We strongly encourage you to contact us if you believe that you have been incorrectly charged.
